This Persephone Greek Altar is designed to honor the goddess of renewal, transformation, and sacred descent. Depicted holding a pomegranate, this piece reflects Persephone’s role as both the bringer of spring and the queen of the Underworld, embodying the balance between growth and stillness, life and death, ascent and return.

In Greek tradition, the pomegranate symbolizes Persephone’s choice, sovereignty, and connection to cyclical time. It represents the acceptance of change and the power found in moving between worlds rather than belonging to only one. Persephone is a goddess of thresholds, guiding transitions such as grief, rebirth, personal evolution, and seasonal change.

This altar is well suited for Hellenic worship, pagan practice, or personal devotional work focused on cycles, shadow work, renewal, and inner transformation. It may be used for offerings, ritual focus, or as a symbolic centerpiece within a sacred space dedicated to change, resilience, and growth.

The altar is decorative and not designed to hold fire or withstand direct flame. Please use caution when working with candles or heat based tools in the same space.

This altar is printed to order to reduce material waste and support a more mindful, earth considerate creation process. Printing only what is needed allows me to work more sustainably while giving each piece the time and attention it deserves.
Processing time is approximately 5 to 7 days. This includes design preparation, printing, finishing, and careful packaging to ensure your altar arrives safely.
